On behalf of the members of the Wake and District Public Safety Pipes and Drums – we would like to extend our heartfelt condolences to the family, friends and co-workers of Norfolk, VA Police Officer Brian Jones who was killed in the line of duty on 28 May 2014.    From the Norfolk PD Facebook page: As we all mourn the loss of Officer Brian Jones, we also remember the way in which he made every moment count. The photos taken by a citizen nearly 2 weeks ago, captures the kindness, humility and professionalism that was Officer Jones. Quick to smile, and share a story in his signature Kentucky drawl.
